J W Clark Ltd first started operating as a company in 2004. Our aim has always been to provide a service second to none whereby the needs and the considerations of the customer are central to the way in which we operate. We only employ people who share and understand this philosophy and the genuine testimonials listed are testament to this.

Yep, we really have served over 1,000 customers in the lifetime of our company! A lot of our customers are one-time customers, who require our services for a sewer connection for example. But we still have customers using us today who were using us in the first few years of our coming into being, these include Rushden Town Council and K2 Construction in Towcester.

We are dedicated to both the construction industry and to domestic customers undertaking construction work. Our aim is to provide a fresh and forward-looking service based on the principles of good customer service, good communication and reliability.
We will always be realistic about what we can do and when, and we’ll always keep in touch with customers in the run-up to the start of any job. Our contractors on site will also have been briefed before we arrive to your site, and we share a wealth of information with them regards what has been quoted for and what is expected of them. Our team on site carrying out the work should always be able to answer 90% of the questions you have whilst any job is being carried out, although of course management and those back at the office will always know that little bit more.
That’s it, you read it right, we don’t employ subcontractors as groundworkers on any of our works. The Construction Industry is notorious for employing people long term on a self-employed basis to save money, and to lessen their own tax burdens, but we think this to be false economy. Our employees are happy because they work for us, wearing our uniform and driving our vans. We also know that we can provide a better service to our customers by only using people who are familiar with our customer service ethos.
