We only employ ‘nice people’ at JW Clark Ltd! We don’t expect you to take our word for it, but when you meet our people, we are sure you will agree. If you read our reviews on Google – and there are over 100 of them, click here – you will see that our customers are always very complimentary of our staff, both those on the end of the phone and in the office, but also in particular those who come out to site to carry out the work

We are dedicated to both the construction industry and to domestic customers undertaking construction work. Our aim is to provide a fresh and forward-looking service based on the principles of good customer service, good communication and reliability.

Our Communication

We will always be realistic about what we can do and when, and we’ll always keep in touch with customers in the run-up to the start of any job. Our contractors on site will also have been briefed before we arrive to your site, and we share a wealth of information with them regards what has been quoted for and what is expected of them. Our team on site carrying out the work should always be able to answer 90% of the questions you have whilst any job is being carried out, although of course management and those back at the office will always know that little bit more.

No Subbies!

That’s it, you read it right, we don’t employ subcontractors as groundworkers on any of our works. The Construction Industry is notorious for employing people long term on a self-employed basis to save money, and to lessen their own tax burdens, but we think this to be false economy. Our employees are happy because they work for us, wearing our uniform and driving our vans. We also know that we can provide a better service to our customers by only using people who are familiar with our customer service ethos.
